Banana crumb recipe with bacon

Who can refuse a crumb to accompany that barbecue or pot roast recipe? I don't, that's why I share here I teach you how to make farofa step by step in photos.

On this occasion I prepared a delicious recipe for plantain farofa with bacon, a sweet and salty combination to taste and repeat! Prepare in just 3 easy steps and I'm sure everyone in your house will like it!

Ingredients for making banana crumbs with bacon:

 500 grams of cassava flour

 150 grams of bacon

 2 plantain

 ½ chopped onion

 4 chopped garlic cloves

 2 tablespoons of oil

 2 tablespoons of butter

 salt to taste

 black pepper to taste

How to make banana crumbs with bacon:

Preparing this recipe for banana crumbs start by peeling the bananas, cutting them into pieces and frying them in oil. Remove and set aside.

Then chop and fry the bacon. When it is getting golden, add the garlic and onion and cook together until golden.

Then add the banana, flour and butter, mix and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the plantain farofa with bacon until you like it and it's ready. Enjoy your food!
